The Conscious Dietitian is about making the best food choices for ourselves and for our planet through plant-based eating, mindful living, and evidence-based nutrition information.
As a Registered Dietitian, the information shared on The Conscious Dietitian aims to inspire healthy eating and back-up any nutrition claims with sound evidence. Focus topics include plant-based nutrition, low carbohydrate, healthy gut and digestion, mindful living, and green sustainable eating.

Recipe Development: I love cooking and being able to tap into creativity to come up with new and healthy ways to showcase plant-based ingredients and products. I often create new recipes to share in meal plans which I provided through my private practice. See examples here and here.
Food Styling and Photography: I love being able to use photography as an outlet for creativity. I am fortunate in that I have my own private teacher (Shayne Stadnick Photography), and am open to collaborating with brands to offer photos that can be used for social media, websites or blogs.

Retreats and Events: I co-host a biannual yoga retreat on the beautiful Hornby Island, and have done guest appearances at yoga retreats in the past (see here). I have also appeared numerous times on news segments.
